• 220 Volt AC electricity is in all private houses and most bungalows
Can I rent scooters or bicycles at Siboya Bungalows?
While there are no designated scooters for hire… arrangements can usually be made for short term local (on island) use. Bicycles are not available.
Is there a boat from Koh Jum to Siboya Bungalows.

It is possible but expensive to hire a private boat to come directly to SB

The budget way is to take the public ferry to Laem Kruat, and then take the public ferry to Koh Siboya. If you want to be picked up at the Siboya pier, be sure to call SB.

Are boat trips available?
Siboya Bungalows has no boats of its own, but the front desk can make arrangements for boat hires from the local fishermen for travel to other islands or even fishing?
Are cooking facilities available in any of the accommodation?
NO… None of the accommodation is equipped for cooking.
What about he menu at Siboya Bungalows? – Are specials diet requirements available?

Our menu has a wide variety of Thai and Western choices. All meals are ordered ala carte with the exception of our Special Christmas and New Years Buffet. (you can opt-out of either)

The kitchen is happy to accommodate most diet requirements provided adequate advance notice is given.

Where is the closest shopping mall?
Yes, someone actually asked in an email… Siboya Bungalows is on the island of Koh Siboya. There are no shops on the island other than a few small village style shops. The closest “mall” would be a 20 minute truck ride, then a 15 minute long-tail boat ride and finally a 40 minute taxi ride.
