:: February 2010 - Barbara Hauer Exhibition
Barbara Hauser is a German artist who created her "Asia" collection during the winter of 2009-10. The expat community on Siboya helped launch a preview exhibition. It was well attended and fun. Check out her website for exhibition dates in Europe.
:: December 25th, 2009 - The Christmas Party
The staff at Siboya Bungalows has done yet another masterpiece... a Christmas feast and party under the palm trees. Mr A and his entorage... Micha, Sam and Barbara created a wonder of lights, the Cobra Bar and a Christmas Tree in front of the restaurant. Feasting and dancing til the wee hours.

Siboya is now on the grid... electricity 24/7 has been brought to the entire island. New refridgerators for the kitchen... no more working in the dark and no more running to the restaurant in mid day for a cooling shake if you happen to hear the generator start-up.

We brought back from Siboya a precious seed... look at the result ! beautiful isn't she ? it's because of the delicious coconut juice, and the huge breakfast, and the wild nature and the sun and the quiet and the good jokes and all your smiles !
Her name is Abigail... she was born September 16... and we're singing to her.... which song do you think ... YES... "made in thaïland "

:: February 17, 2005 - A sad day on Siboya
Nan passed away at 1:00pm on Thursday February 17, 2005 in a Satun hospital, his brother informed us that his last words were of the friends he made on Siboya. We will all miss the gentle manner of this Thai boxing champion. Goodbye Nan.
